 I rather enjoyed this graphic novel. The story is set up on movie set, starting out with our main character waking up in a house after a party to find a dead Scarlet, aka the lead in his recent movie, dead. This leads into a bunch of "Who did it?" plot points, as well as the hustle and bustle of trying to find another star.
 
 
 It was really nice that in the beginning of the work, there was a cast of characters section with headshots and descriptions. This became especially usefully due to the shear number of characters that there were.
 
 
 The art style was very well done, as well as the cover art for the volume. I liked how the mood was set with rather darker colors and then, during the internal contemplation sections of the story, the colors transitioned into brighter colors. (aka the bright red lips)
 
 
 For someone who doesn't read as many graphic novels as she would like, this one was easy to read. The stylistic choices were made elegantly and overall the story flowed very well.
 
 
 I don't know if I will read the next volume, simply because of the amount of mature content with language and violence. I will want something perkier. But this has nothing to do with the work itself, which was excellent.
